Wisdom’s Great Rewards

Solomon gives us 5 admonitions. If we follow wisdom's instructions, there will be great rewards. What are these rewards? Listen in to find out. 

The Mother of All Wisdom

Wisdom is personifies as a women and is crying out at the city gates for everyone to hear her. Everyone CAN hear her, but not everyone will. 

Wisdom & Discipline

Join us as as start season 3. This season we start the ever so wise Proverbs. We begin Proverbs 1 with what wisdom is and why discipline is so important. 

Jesus Is Buried & Resurrected

We discussed Jesus getting buried and those who buried him. We also talked about his resurrection and who he shows himself to first. 

Barabbas........The Freedom Fighter?

 We discuss how there is more to the story of Barabbas and Pilot and his wife stick up for Jesus. He is then lead to his crucification and "it is finished". 

Jesus Prays For the Disciples and his followers

Jesus ends his powerful pray to the Father by praying for his disciples and for God's chosen. We then get into Jesus being arrested and brought forth for questioning.  

Jesus Prays to His Father

We start John Chapter 17. This chapter is the longest recorded pray that Jesus had to God. His is praying out loud in front of the 11 disciples before they leave the upper room. We end this lesson speaking about how God used Judas Iscariot for his plan just as he used the Babylon's in the old testament. 

Living Sacrifices

We talk about how even if we don't get the opportunity to lay down our life for someone (living sacrifice), we can still offer sacrifices. We also get into how the Holy Spirit convicts. 

I Am The Vine

The last "I am" statement from Jesus talked about him being the vibe and we are the branches. God prunes us so we can continue to bear fruit. 

The Holy Spirit Our Counselor

God gave us the gift of Jesus and Jesus gave us the gift of the Holy Spirit. He left us with our very own guidence counselor.
